Winterfect III
Winterfect III is a wintergreen-scented quaternary disinfectant-deodorant concentrate engineered for cold-weather facility cleaning. It dilutes 1:64 — one ounce per gallon — to deliver one-step cleaning, disinfection, and deodorization on hard, non-porous surfaces.
What makes it different
- Cold-stable formulation. Holds together in unheated storerooms, garages, and route trucks through winter without phase separation.
- Wintergreen masking. Cuts through urine, smoke, and locker-room odors with a clean, neutral finish — not a perfume cover-up.
- True 1:64 economy. One gallon of concentrate yields 65 gallons of use solution — a working cost of pennies per gallon.

What it isn't for

Pre-clean visibly soiled surfaces
Remove gross soil, food debris, and standing dirt from the surface before disinfection.

Dilute 1:64
Mix 2 oz of Winterfect III per gallon of water (1:64). Use cool or room-temperature water.

Apply and keep wet
Apply by spray, mop, sponge, or cloth. Keep surface visibly wet for the contact time listed on the Tech Sheet.

Air dry
Allow to air dry. No rinse required on non-food-contact surfaces.
