Neutra-Stat 64
Quaternary disinfectant/cleaner concentrate — dilutes 1:64
Neutra-Stat 64
Neutra-Stat 64 is a quaternary-ammonium concentrate that disinfects, cleans, and deodorizes hard non-porous surfaces in a single step. Dilutes 2 oz per gallon (1:64) of water.
Designed for hospitals, schools, food-processing back-of-house, and any facility that needs an EPA-registered disinfectant in a cost-effective concentrate format. One quart makes 16 gallons of ready-to-use solution.
What makes Neutra-Stat 64 different
- One-step disinfection. Cleans and disinfects in the same pass — no separate detergent step.
- Built-in deodorizer. Eliminates odors at the source rather than masking them.
- Cost-effective concentrate. 1:64 dilution yields 16 gallons of solution per quart of concentrate.
- No-rinse on standard application. Rinse only required when floors will be recoated with finish.
For full EPA-listed kill claims
Refer to the EPA Master Label and Technical Data Sheet in the Documentation tab. Kill claims include time-tested efficacy against common bacteria, fungi, and enveloped viruses at 1:64 dilution.
Packaging
One-gallon polyethylene jugs packed four per case. SDS and Technical Data Sheet available for download.
What it isn't
Not a food-contact sanitizer. Not for soft or porous surfaces. Quat residue can interfere with floor finish bonding — rinse before recoating.
Surface compatibility
Tested at label concentration on common facility surfaces. For uncommon substrates, request a compatibility test from your Damon rep.

Application directions
Step-by-step instructions. Read all steps and any caution-flagged steps in full before starting.
-
1
Dilute
Mix 2 oz of Neutra-Stat 64 per gallon of water (1:64 ratio). One quart yields 16 gallons of ready-to-use solution.
-
2
Apply to surface
Apply with mop, sponge, cloth, or low-pressure sprayer. Wet the surface thoroughly so it stays visibly wet for the full contact time.
-
3
Allow contact time
Let the solution remain on the surface for the EPA-listed contact time for the target pathogen (refer to Tech Sheet). Standard disinfection contact time is 10 minutes.
-
4
No rinse required
No rinsing needed under normal use. Rinse only when floors are being prepared for a new finish coat — quat residue can interfere with finish bonding.
