Quat 1:128 disinfectant-cleaner — lavender, finish-safe
Neutra-Stat 128
Neutra-Stat 128 is a quaternary-ammonium disinfectant-cleaner formulated for pleasant, daily use in hospitals, nursing homes, immediate-care facilities, day care centers, schools, colleges, and veterinary clinics. The 1:128 dilution rate, mild lavender fragrance, and floor-finish-safe formulation make it the workhorse one-step cleaner-disinfectant for facilities that need ongoing infection control.
What makes it different
- Mild lavender fragrance. Overcomes the “foul disinfectant smell” reluctance and gets crews to use it correctly more often.
- Won’t dull floor finish. Unlike aggressive quat-cleaners that attack acrylic finish, Neutra-Stat 128 cleans without compromising gloss — saving labor on burnishing and recoating.
- Effective in 400 ppm hard water. Passes A.O.A.C. Use-Dilution with 5% organic soil — full kill even in tough water.
- Effective against MRSA, Influenza A (H1N1), Coronavirus. EPA-registered bactericidal, virucidal, and fungicidal.
- Veterinary qualifications. Proven against Canine Parvovirus, Feline Leukemia Virus, Canine Distemper, Rabies, Porcine Parvovirus, and others.
- 1:128 economical dilution. 1 ounce per gallon — very low cost per gallon of use solution.
What it isn’t for
Concentrate is corrosive — wear eye and skin protection when mixing. Minimum 10-minute contact time for general kill claims (4 minutes for HIV-1 with 5% serum). Not for use as a terminal sterilant.
Packaging
1-gallon recyclable polyethylene jugs, 4 per case. Pink concentrate, mild lavender fragrance. EPA Reg. No. and full A.O.A.C. test data on the tech sheet.
What it isn't
