White Board Cleaner, Daco

White Board Cleaner by Daco is a ready-to-use cleaner formulated specifically for dry-erase whiteboards. It removes ghosted marker residue, old permanent marker, and surface grime without damaging the writing surface or leaving a film that fights the next day's ink.

What makes it different

  • Built for melamine and porcelain boards. Won't dull or etch the dry-erase coating like generic cleaners.
  • Lifts ghosted marker. Removes the shadow of old writing that ordinary erasers leave behind.
  • Conditions the surface. Restores the slick finish so new marker writes and erases cleanly.
  • Low-odor, classroom-friendly. No harsh solvent smell in occupied rooms.

What it isn't for

Not for chalkboards or coated projection surfaces. Spot-test on glass dry-erase boards before broad use. Not a disinfectant.

Packaging

One-gallon plastic jugs, packed four per case. Use with a clean microfiber or dedicated whiteboard wipe. Backed by Damon's guarantee.

Application directions

Step-by-step instructions. Read all steps and any caution-flagged steps in full before starting.

  1. 1

    Erase loose marker

Erase as much fresh marker as possible with a clean dry-erase eraser before applying cleaner.

  2. 2

    Spray onto microfiber

Spray cleaner onto a clean microfiber cloth, not directly onto the board, to avoid pooling at the tray.

  3. 3

    Wipe the surface

Wipe the full board in overlapping strokes. Apply firmer pressure on ghosted or permanent marker areas.

  4. 4

    Buff dry

Buff with a second clean dry microfiber. Surface is ready for new marker immediately.
