Final Result
High-gloss floor-finish restorer for VCT, terrazzo, concrete
Final Result
Final Result is a maintenance floor finish restorer for high-traffic synthetic finishes. It cleans, repairs, and lays down fresh finish into the worn surface — extending the time between recoats and strip-and-recoat cycles. Best run with ultra-high-speed burnishers (1,000 RPM and up) for a wet-look gloss.
What makes it different
- Burnishes to a wet-look high gloss. Use a Damon Genie or M/A Blue Blend pad on a propane or electric ultra-high-speed burnisher.
- Mop-on or auto-scrubber compatible. Hand-mop at 1:4 to 1:8 in cold water, or one-step clean-and-apply with an auto-scrubber at 2-4 oz/gal.
- Replenishes lost finish. Deposits new polymer into worn areas, postponing the full strip-and-recoat job by weeks or months.
- Static coefficient of friction 0.70. Meets ASTM D-2047-75 — safe slip resistance on VCT and terrazzo.
What it isn’t for
Not a stripper — the floor must be thoroughly clean (Ultra-Gloss, Da-Clean Neutral, M.P.C., or D-C Plus) before applying. Not for wood floors. Do not pour unused product back into the original container.
Packaging
Case of 4 one-gallon jugs. Greenish-white liquid, mild cherry fragrance, V.O.C. 14 g/l (1.4%). All packaging is recyclable.

Application directions
Step-by-step instructions. Read all steps and any caution-flagged steps in full before starting.
-
1
Clean the floor first
Mop or auto-scrub with Ultra-Gloss Neutral, Da-Clean Neutral, M.P.C., or D-C Plus in cold water. Dirt fused into the burnished finish ruins the gloss.
-
2
Hand-mop: 1:4 to 1:8 dilution
Mix 1 gallon Final Result with 4 to 8 gallons cold water. Less is normally better; tune after a few uses. Use a clean finish mop and avoid edges/puddles.
-
3
Auto-scrubber: 2-4 oz/gal
Add 2-4 oz Final Result per gallon of cold water in the solution tank. Scrub single-pass on light soil, double-pass with squeegee up on heavy. Pick up streaks with a damp cold-water mop.
-
4
Dry 15 minutes
Allow the floor to dry completely (~15 minutes) before burnishing. Longer drying time means the coat was laid too heavily.
-
5
Burnish high-speed
Burnish with a propane or ultra-high-speed (1,000-3,000 RPM) electric burnisher using a Damon Genie or M/A Blue Blend pad. Change or flip the pad every 500-1,000 sq ft to prevent dusting. Dust mop with an untreated mop afterward.
