Mint Condition
Ready-to-use spearmint liquid deodorant
Mint Condition
Mint Condition is a ready-to-use liquid deodorant spray with a clean spearmint profile. Designed to neutralize and override odors in restrooms, breakrooms, locker areas, and service vehicles without leaving a sticky residue or chemical aftersmell.
What makes it different
- Spearmint, not perfume. Honest mint scent reads as clean rather than as cover-up.
- True deodorizer, not just a fragrance. Contains odor counteractants that work on the source, not just on the nose.
- Ready-to-use spray. No mixing — grab the bottle, mist, walk away.
- Light, fast-flashing formula. Dries quickly without leaving streaks or sticky finish on hard surfaces.
What it isn't for
Not a disinfectant — use Winterfect III, Neutra-Stat 64, or Synergy Four when bioburden reduction is the goal. Spot-test on porous or finished surfaces before broad use.
Packaging
One-gallon plastic jugs, packed four per case. Refill format for trigger bottles and pump sprayers. Backed by Damon's guarantee and over 70 years of service.
What it isn't
Not a disinfectant. Spot-test on porous or finished surfaces — water rings can show on some fabrics.
Surface compatibility
Tested at label concentration on common facility surfaces. For uncommon substrates, request a compatibility test from your Damon rep.

Application directions
Step-by-step instructions. Read all steps and any caution-flagged steps in full before starting.
-
1
Identify the source
If possible, clean the surface generating the odor first — deodorizing without cleaning is a temporary fix.
-
2
Decant to a trigger sprayer
Transfer to a clean trigger sprayer or refillable pump bottle for application.
-
3
Mist into the air or onto surface
Light mist for ambient deodorization. Target hard surfaces (fixtures, trash receptacles) for source treatment.
-
4
Re-apply as needed
Reapply between cleanings in high-traffic areas. Pair with daily cleaning for lasting results.
