Fine 'n' Shine
Cleaner-polish for acrylic, polycarbonate, Plexiglas
Fine 'n' Shine
Fine 'n' Shine is a ready-to-use cleaner-polish for plastic glazing — acrylic, polycarbonate, and Plexiglas. It removes light scratches, haze, and oxidation while restoring optical clarity to display cases, machine guards, motorcycle windshields, and clear panels.
What makes it different
- Ammonia and solvent-free. Safe on acrylics and polycarbonates where ammonia-based glass cleaner causes crazing.
- Cleans and polishes in one pass. Combines surfactants for dirt removal with mild polishing agents to lift haze and minor surface scuffs.
- Anti-static finish. Reduces dust attraction on display cases and machine guards between cleanings.
- Vehicle-safe. Works on motorcycle and ATV windshields, gauge covers, and clear vinyl curtains.
What it isn't for
Not for deep gouges or scratches that catch a fingernail — those require sanding and buffing. Not formulated for treated optical coatings (anti-reflective, anti-glare) — follow OEM cleaning guidance.
Packaging
One-gallon plastic jugs, packed four per case. Apply with a soft clean cloth or microfiber. Backed by Damon's guarantee.
What it isn't
Not a deep-scratch repair — won't fill gouges that catch a fingernail. Not for AR or anti-glare coated optics without checking OEM guidance.
Surface compatibility
Tested at label concentration on common facility surfaces. For uncommon substrates, request a compatibility test from your Damon rep.

Application directions
Step-by-step instructions. Read all steps and any caution-flagged steps in full before starting.
-
1
Pre-clean loose grit
Rinse or air-blow loose dust off the surface so polishing doesn't drag grit across the plastic.
-
2
Apply with a soft cloth
Apply directly onto a clean microfiber or 100% cotton cloth. Avoid paper towels, which can scuff acrylic.
-
3
Wipe in straight strokes
Wipe gently with straight, overlapping strokes. Avoid circular motions on visible glazing.
-
4
Buff to clarity
Polish with a second clean dry microfiber until the surface is haze-free.
