Fast Break
Life-extending no-rinse cleaner for finished wood floors
Fast Break
Fast Break is a life-extending finished wood-floor cleaner formulated to work hand-in-glove with Slam Dunk’s polymer technology. The neutral pH, no-rinse formula promotes bond resilience and durability in the finish — extending the life of the floor itself rather than chemically attacking it.
What makes it different
- 51-90% bio-based content. High renewable-resource formulation for facilities tracking USDA bio-preferred metrics.
- Maintains coating flexibility. Daily Fast Break use keeps the Slam Dunk topcoat resilient, extending years between recoats.
- Highly economical 1:64 dilution. 2 oz per gallon handles damp-mopping or auto-scrubbing both routine and slightly heavy soils.
- No-rinse, neutral pH. No film, no streaks, no dwell time — go directly back into use after the floor dries.
What it isn’t for
Not for unfinished or poorly finished wood floors. Not a deep cleaner — use Clean Pass II at 8 oz/gal when build-up needs removing. Not for floors that cannot tolerate water (avoid saturating; ensure mops are wrung well).
Packaging
1-gallon plastic jugs (case of 4) and 5-gallon pails. Orange clear liquid, fresh fragrance, pH 7-8. Passes three freeze/thaw cycles. All packaging is recyclable.

Surface compatibility
Tested at label concentration on common facility surfaces. For uncommon substrates, request a compatibility test from your Damon rep.

Application directions
Step-by-step instructions. Read all steps and any caution-flagged steps in full before starting.
-
1
Dust mop first
Remove grit before introducing water. Grit under a wet mop scratches the finish.
-
2
Dilute 2 oz/gal in cold water
Damp mopping: 2 oz/gal (1:64). Auto-scrubbing: 2 oz/gal (1:64). All-purpose: 2-4 oz/gal (1:64 to 1:32).
-
3
Wring thoroughly
Wring mops well or verify auto-scrubber is in good working order. Avoid saturating wood floors with cleaning solution.
-
4
No rinse, no dwell
Walk on once dry. No rinse required — neutral pH leaves no film.
