EGR Flush
EGR Flush is an alkaline detergent that removes carbon, exhaust buildup, and residual contaminants from large-truck Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system parts — sensors, valves, coolers, and filters.
How to use
Remove the part from the vehicle. Dilute with water from 1:4 for light buildup up to 1:1 for heavy buildup, then clean by your preferred method:
- Manual: fill the part with diluted solution, shake several times, and let it work for 10 minutes.
- Soaking: submerge the part, making sure the inside is completely filled, and soak for 10 minutes.
- Pump / flushing system (recommended for large numbers of coolers or filters): fill the solution tank, connect the cooler or filter, and circulate for 5–10 minutes.
Drain and flush thoroughly with water to rinse out all remaining chemical, then dry completely before reinstalling.
Packaging
One-gallon poly jugs, four per case.
