Every product page has a Documentation tab with the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) as PDF downloads. If a sheet you need isn't listed, contact a rep and we'll send it within the business day.

AutoStock is a recurring shipment program. You pick a cadence (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks), and the product ships on that schedule. Pricing is locked for 12 months and you can skip or swap items anytime from your account.

Orders placed before 2pm ET (Mon-Fri) ship same day from Alliance, Ohio. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

We ship to Canada and Mexico via freight (LTL). For other countries, we'll work with your forwarder of choice — contact a rep for documentation support. Hazmat / DG products have additional restrictions.

Yes — Spanish translations of all current SDS are available on request. Email info@damonq.com with the SKU and we'll send within the business day. We're working on adding Spanish PDFs to the Documentation tab directly.

We accept returns within 30 days, even on opened cases. Contact a rep for an RGA number before shipping. Most returns are inspected and credited within 5 business days of receipt.

Damon pays return shipping for defective products or shipping errors. For buyer's-choice returns (wrong product ordered, no longer needed), the customer pays return freight. Either way, restocking fees are waived if returned within 30 days in resalable condition.

Yes — verified facilities can request a free 4 oz sample. Use the 'Request a 4 oz sample' button on any product detail page. We ship within 2 business days. Limit one per facility per product.

Red-Kote is designed for tanks 50 gallons and smaller. Larger tanks don't get adequate coating coverage from the slosh-application method. For tanks over 50 gallons, talk to a rep about alternative coating products and application methods.

No. Red-Kote is formulated for metal fuel tanks (steel and terne-plated steel). It will not adhere to plastic or fiberglass surfaces. For non-metal tanks, contact a Damon rep for an alternative.

Red-Kote performs well from E10 through E50 with no issues. It tolerates long-term E85 testing but is not recommended for sustained use above E85. For pure methanol or racing fuels with high methanol content, test compatibility first or contact us.

Air-dry 8-24 hours with all openings open for airflow. Cured = no solvent smell. Adding fuel before fully cured will stop the cure permanently. Do not use a blower with open flame or electric elements anywhere near the tank — vapors are heavier than air and can travel to ignition sources.

Yes for orders of one pallet or larger. We print your label, your contact info, and your dilution chart on standard Damon product. Lead time is typically 3-4 weeks from artwork approval. Talk to a rep with your volume and label spec.

We do not formulate with PFAS. Our QC tests confirm non-detectable levels at the formulation step. We can provide a PFAS-free attestation letter on facility letterhead — contact a rep with your purchase history and we'll generate one.

Yes — pause for up to 3 months from Account → AutoStock → Pause. Useful for schools over summer break or seasonal facilities. AutoStock resumes automatically on the date you set.

Yes for accounts on a Damon cleaning program (Healthcare PPD, Food Processing, Schools, QSR). A rep visits quarterly to retrain on protocols, product handling, and any new SKUs. For one-time orders we can usually accommodate phone or video training.

ACH, check, or credit card via the link in your invoice email. ACH is free, credit card has a 2.9% surcharge. You can view outstanding invoices at Account → Net-30.

Two business days for most facilities. We verify your trade references and check basic credit signals. You'll get an email with approval, terms, and a PDF of the signed agreement. Once approved, Net-30 is available at checkout immediately.

Most verified facilities qualify. Apply at /pages/net-30-apply. We typically respond within 2 business days. We'll ask for facility info, AP contact, EIN, and three trade references.

Most products have no minimum — order a single can, case, or pail. Drums (55 gal) have a one-drum minimum. For private-label or custom blends, the minimum is typically one pallet — talk to a rep for specifics.

Our healthcare-grade disinfectants (FS Complete, Q-San, others) carry EPA-registered kill claims that meet Joint Commission and CMS Conditions of Participation for environmental hygiene. SDS, master labels, and EPA registration numbers are on each product page.

Hazmat products ship ground only (no air) and require ground-eligible addresses. We follow DOT 49 CFR for packaging and labeling. The product page calls out hazmat status under documentation when applicable.

Yes. FS Complete is USDA-aligned for food-contact surfaces and does not require a potable-water rinse at label dilution. Use it on stainless steel, sealed countertops, cutting boards, and other food-contact substrates in food processing, restaurant, and grocery environments.

FS Complete is not sporicidal at standard contact times. For C. difficile kill, use the extended 10-minute protocol on the label, or pair with Da-Sporicide bleach-based concentrate for an enhanced isolation-room program.

Orders over $750 ship freight-free anywhere in the continental US. The cart drawer shows your progress to the threshold as you add items.

Yes if it hasn't shipped. Same-day cutoff is 2pm ET — call or chat with a rep before then for fastest service. Once a shipment has a tracking number, we can't pull it back, but we accept returns within 30 days.

Yes — we ship in cases, 5-gallon pails, and 55-gallon drums. For volume pricing on standing orders, use the Bulk order tool or talk to a rep. Net-30 financing is available for verified facilities.

We hold the shipment and email you. Most stockouts resolve within a few days from our Alliance OH plant. You can also swap to an equivalent product from the email link, or skip that cycle entirely.
